Pairfect Design Studio provides creative and technical solutions, including:

• Low-Code/No-Code Development: Delivering efficient, cost-effective application-building solutions.

• SEO Optimization: Enhancing your website’s search engine visibility and rankings.

• UX/UI Design: Crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

• Web and App Redesign: Modernizing and optimizing existing platforms for improved performance.

• Branding and Identity: Helping businesses establish consistent and impactful brand identities.

• Custom Portfolio Sites: Designing personalized, visually striking portfolio websites tailored to showcase individual or business achievements.

User Responsibilities

As a client of Pairfect, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during all project discussions and agreements.

• Use our services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

• Refrain from using our services for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

• Communicate promptly regarding any changes or concerns about project requirements to ensure smooth progress.

Intellectual Property

• All deliverables, designs, and content created by Pairfect remain the property of the studio until full payment has been received.

• Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Pairfect's work, drafts, or materials is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules, terms, and amounts will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

• Payments must be made promptly as per the agreed terms.

• Late payments may result in service delays, interruptions, or the addition of late fees.

• In case of non-payment, Pairfect reserves the right to withhold or revoke access to deliverables and other project materials.

Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or personal information shared during the engagement.

• This confidentiality obligation extends beyond the termination or completion of the project.

Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to providing excellent service, Pairfect shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• Delays or disruptions caused by third-party services, tools, or platforms used in the delivery of your project.

Termination

Pairfect Design Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any agreed-upon project terms.

• Failure to meet payment obligations.

In case of termination, all pending fees for completed work will remain payable, and access to project deliverables may be revoked until full payment is received.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

Changes to Terms

Pairfect reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
